Going to Montana

Getting ready to drive to MT (how cool is it that I can DRIVE to Big Sky Country?) to do a full day training for a resource and referral center in Bozeman.  Will be talking about delivering bad news to parents, creating staff synergy, and business communication tools for family care providers.  I love being able to work with a group of caregivers for a full day.  You always gets lots of ah-ha moments as people start to connect what you’re saying with what’s happening in their own lives.
